Each vessel is unique and its base has not been ground flat.
It is signed, dated and includes the letters 'QFP'

The glass has varying amounts of small bubbles within it due to the lower
temperatures of the wood-fired furnaces and there is a slight bloom on the surface of each vessel gained from contact with hot,
potash-containing waste gases in the lehr
